Trouble signing in?

What to do when a code does not arrive, you are signed in as someone else, or Lexi says your account is not ready.

Most sign-in problems come down to the email address, the one-time code, or the state of your account. Find yours below.

The one-time code has not arrived

Check spam and quarantine first, then confirm the address is the one your firm registered. Codes are short-lived, so if too long has passed, start again for a fresh one. See Sign in to Lexi.

I am signed in as someone else

Click Not you? above the email field on the sign-in screen to clear it.

Lexi could not find an account for me

If your firm has Lexi, ask whoever manages your workspace to add you, or ask to join with your workspace slug.

My account is waiting for approval

An administrator needs to approve new accounts. We will email you as soon as yours is approved.

My access has expired

Renew to get back into Lexi. Account › Access shows your plan status. Your existing work stays where it is.

My account is inactive

Your Lexi account has been deactivated. Whoever manages your workspace can turn it back on.

I am signed in to Lexi, but the Academy courses are still locked

The Academy uses your Lexi sign-in. Sign in to Lexi in the same browser, then reload the Academy page, and it unlocks on its own.

Signed in? Learn the basics next.

Once you are in, the Get started course takes about five minutes and covers finding your way around and getting your first useful answer out of Lexi.
